Merchandise Policy: Attendees have the option to enhance their event experience by purchasing merchandise items along with their tickets. Merchandise prices are separate from the ticket price and will be charged accordingly. Please note that merchandise images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. All merchandise sales are final, and items are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prior to purchasing merchandise, attendees should carefully review product details, sizes, and specifications to make informed decisions. Merchandise can only be purchased in conjunction with a ticket. Attendees cannot purchase merchandise items separately. Ticket Transfer and Refund Policy: Both Regular and Pre-Order tickets are non-refundable. Attendees who wish to transfer their tickets to another individual may do so exclusively through the event's online portal. Ticket transfers will be accepted until September 5th. After this date, ticket transfers will no longer be facilitated. During the transfer process, tickets will be reassigned to the new attendee's name and contact information. It is important to note that transferred tickets will maintain their original type (Regular or Pre-Order). All financial transactions related to transferred tickets must be conducted solely through the event's online portal. The event organizers will thoroughly review and approve all financial arrangements to ensure compliance with our policies. Attendees are responsible for any financial agreements or disputes that arise from the transferred tickets. The event organizers will mediate any issues that arise in connection with these transactions. The distribution of complimentary swag and gifts (Including but not limited to the event T-shirt) during our event is a special gesture of appreciation for attendees who actively participate throughout the entirety of the session. It is important to understand the terms and conditions associated with these complimentary items, as outlined below: The organizers reserve the sole and absolute discretion to distribute complimentary swag and gifts. The organizers are not obligated to distribute these items, and their decision to do so is entirely discretionary. Complimentary swag and gifts are typically provided to attendees who actively engage and participate in the event's activities, discussions, and sessions, and eligibility is contingent upon adherence to the event's code of conduct and guidelines. The receipt of complimentary swag and gifts is not guaranteed to any attendee, and it is solely at the discretion of the organizers to determine which participants meet the criteria for receiving these items.
